I just tried it with a friend and they are censoring linking the book. We could do
it with AIM but not MSM messenger.

Not on display. Not with the new non-fiction. Not with the new political books. It's like the book had been out for years or something.

10. I got one at B&N in Iowa and it was damned hard to find

one copy, under current affairs, behind another book. Looked like a customer had rearranged things.
