Interviewed on Fox - (never listen to Fox - changing channels - heard her name - stopped)

Verdict is inconsistent.
Lots of bases for appeals.
Walton will have to decide is there is an issue that is compelling that could result in overturn.
No conviction until sentence
Guidelines - not in cement because of recent SC decisions.
Sentence based on most serious, lesser ones not usually counted - ten years - then I was called away for a second and heard her say 10 months to 1 year.
