Update with Imus response below

A little over a year after being fired for making what were perceived as racist and sexist comments about the Rutgers women's basketball team, Don Imus is courting controversy again over a potentially racist remark made about an athlete.

When sports host Warner Wolf explained that Adam "Pacman" Jones — who was suspended in 2007 following a Last Vegas nightclub shooting incident — had been arrested six times, Imus asked, "What color is he?"

A slightly confused Wolf responded, "He's African American."

Imus then said, "Well, there you go. Now we know."

3. And this will blown up all over the mainstream media, while Michael Reagan's
calling for putting grenades up baby's butts to blow them and their mothers up won't be mentioned at all.

5. Pacman Jones is not the sympathetic figure that the Rutgers women were
but still, the remark reals a lot about how Imus's mind works. First thing he wants to know is what color the guy is. He has a kind of sick fascination with race.

Imus is a sad sick excuse for a human being. Fortunately he's been sort of exiled to the far regions of morning talk radio. Unfortunately he still has a platform to bleat out his racial insecurities.
