1. Smug Bastard...But Says A Lot Of Truth

The "Unitary" executive will long be remembered as this country's venture into full totalitarianism...all power from a monolithic structure. Now there are many questions in my mind as to how a future President Obama handles this issue. Do you give back powers without question? Do you keep some and not others? Do you use "precedence" as keeping all the power? I also suspect the sole role of a repugnican minority will be to fight a Democratic president tooth and nail (using the courts stacked with boooosh-era hacks) to put Obama in a box like they did with Clinton.
