“To defend itself against a lawsuit by the widows of three American soldiers who died on one of its planes in Afghanistan,” a sister company of Blackwater is asking an American federal court to apply Islamic law, known as Sharia. The lawsuit “is governed by the law of Afghanistan,” Presidential Airways argued in a Florida federal court. “Afghan law is largely religion-based and evidences a strong concern for ensuring moral responsibility, and deterring violations of obligations within its borders.” But when it comes to Iraq, Blackwater has fought aggressively for immunity from Iraqi law.

2. They want Sharia law, let them HAVE Sharia law!
Because I do believe murder is one of the offenses Sharia prescribes beheading for, and war profiteering is probably another.

I figure we behead Erik Prince and a few of his highest-ranking lackeys in front of the Blackwater morans demanding SHaria law, and then ask them to confirm whether they REALLY want their cases heard under Sharia.
