I just had an online debate with one of draft age. Asked him why he wasn't going to Iraq to support * and he basically said, "I don't want to and that's what they (the troops) signed up for...". If these people are the future of this country, this country has no future.

that's sure as hell NOT what the reservists and the National Guard folks signed up for . . . their being in Iraq is Bush's "back-door draft" -- so he won't have to initiate a real one . . .

I doubt that many (if any) of the reservists and National Guard want to be there . . . and it's certainly not "what they signed up for" . . .
