He was fairly silent about FISA from what I've heard him not say and
he even said the other day that he didn't want to go there but today
he let it rip! I've never heard him like that before and I liked it!

we couldn't prosecute under RICO because of some technicalities. I agree that they are criminal beyond words. They have every attribute of the Mafia.

He was criticizing Obama on this FISA matter. It's the duty of the media to criticize leadership when they deserve it. If they are not criticized and put under scrutiny then we will have the Bush administration all over again, whom no one in the media and press ever wanted to criticize.

couple of weeks ago. Frankly, I don't think anything germaine will happen before the inauguration, but it will happen. Yes, I know that since Bush took office, those officials who could have done something about him have been sitting on their hands, but most bad guys historically end up badly. There are a few that do get away with it because they have that much power, but BushCo can't control everything around them, nor will they ever be able to, so I believe they will get theirs.

It appears that D. Kucinich will be introducing an article of impeachment today and Nancy Pelosi said it was a matter for the Judiciary Committee if John Conyers wants to conduct a hearing. So as soon as Dennis does this and it goes to committee, we have to push Conyers to hear it instead of putting it in a filing cabinet. I know it seems as slow as molasses but it's a start. I hope eventually Bugliosi gets some DAs to go after them and that the World Court decides to charge them with war crimes. It seems that all these things are percolating below the surface but will take time to happen. It will be up to us to keep the pressure on them and not let these issues get buried.

I think she's some sort of expert on law.

A lot of it is dishonest and herd mentality, just like on the other side. And we wonder why they believe what we see as their bunk.

This is not the first assault on the Constitution, but we have an opportunity to elect a Constitutional scholar to correct many more abuses, per Feingold.

Easy to spout Save the Constitution, strike the chord, and feel righteous. That is as much dishonest, when not explaining Obama's rationale about having something in place when it expires, and political predicament.

As the American President says, We have serious problems, and we need serious people to help solve them.
