Speaking of cable moves - DirecTV moved one of my favorite channels
to some obscure channel.

It's 683 (Fox Sports Rocky Mountain) so I can watch the Rockies.

However, it stopped captioning - which is highly illegal. I need a contact info on Fox Sports Rocky Mountain.

Any help would be great..

1. DirecTV was warning of that move for weeks.
Every time I went to the program guide for Altitude or FSRM, they didn't have listings, just the warning that it was moving.

But the captioning thing is indeed out of line. Have you contacted DirecTV to ensure that they know they've forgotten to enable the captioning feed?

2. No, but it's a good point.
I'll go call DirecTV now - but noticed that My20 (channel 20) doesn't caption it either on Sundays.

I'm thinking it's more of FSRM problem than DirecTV. I need to call my parents or watch a game on Comcast when I'm over there sometime.

4. I turned off my DirecTV service yesterday, so I can't test anything for you.

I was running the receiver through an LCD monitor since I gave my real TV away earlier this year.

Good luck!

5. Yep, they moved it and 644 (Altitude)

I wonder what channels are going to take their place.
