Would someone please explain to me....
...what the fuck a "time horizon" is? Is it like an "event horizon" or, you know, a fucking black hole where light cannot escape? Did some White House marketing geek read some science fiction novel over the weekend and come up with this stupid, fucking piece of obfuscation?

These motherfucking, c*******ing c**** are beyond the pale.

5. It's an investment term
It means how long you will be holding your assets and how that will impact the type of investments they are in. It is creepy to use an investment concept like that when talking about how long we will keep troops in Iraq. Makes it pretty obvious this is all about protecting the "investments" of people in Dick Cheney's class.
