GOP Tech Guru Mike Connell 'High IQ Forrest Gump...At Scene of Every Single Crime': OH Attorneys

GOP Tech Guru Mike Connell 'High IQ Forrest Gump...At Scene of Every Single Crime' Say Ohio Attorneys
'Whether He's Pulling the Gun or Not...He's the Guy Who Made the Gun,' Allege Buckeye Lawyers...

Following last week's dramatic press conference (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6189) in Ohio announcing the reopening of a long-standing 2004 Ohio Presidential Election lawsuit based on new information, the attorneys for the plaintiff sat down to discuss their concerns about Republican operative Mike Connell in an exclusive interview. The attorneys who hope to depose both him and Karl Rove, describe him in the interview as a "high IQ Forrest Gump," said to be "at the scene" of every GOP "crime" from Florida 2000 to Ohio 2004 to the Karl Rove/RNC email flap to creation of the current Congressional computer network and firewall…

2. Thanx Brad
And it keeps coming back to Rove, Abramoff, HAVA, Sproul, Ney, Blackwell,
Smartech, and those crazy flips of votes.

6. You once tied it up very neatly in one of your posts
HAVA, Ney, Abramoff, Ralston, Diebold, American's with disabilities acts, the
White House, and so on. "They" have been gaming the system for years ...
even in 2006 EES machines helped Rep. Deb Pryce keep her seat in the House.

Funny thing was that she (Pryce) was 12 points down in the polls, ran out of her
last press conference when asked about Iraq, and @ 8:00 PM Fox called it for
Mary Jo Kilroy here in central OH .... Pryce wound up winning by < 1,000 votes.

In 2008 we can't let the race be anywhere close .... we need big margins.

Thanx for all your work!

4. You know, with one smart guy and a system,
you could do the work of vast conspiracies. ;)

Thank you Brad! Great news.

5. One thing I do not get.
These litigants are inferring that there was some illegal activity/programming of tabulators, pointing to anomalies in down-ticket races.

If you were hacking the tabulation, you would not create such a visible evidenciary anomaly!
This just makes no sense. A tabulation hacker would not create an evident trace like that.

However, if there was ballot-switching or cross-precinct voting, there could be down-ticket anomalies.

Are they overlooking the problems elucidated in the Cuyahoga County analysis?

How Kerry Votes Were Switched to Bush Votes

This would be an easy thing to determine with a precinct-level study of the election results.

7. Now you know why several counties defied a court order and destroyed the ballots.
You can't count 'em if'n you ain't got 'em.

Election fraud is all the Republicans have this year folks. We've got to be vigilant or they're going to have enough seats in both Houses to impede progress and make fools of the Dems trying to do the job we asked of them - and we're getting enough of that crap from the DLCers, Blue Dogs, DINOs and Corporacrats.

The Republicons can't be allowed to steal any seats their constituents aren't giving them. And by "constituents", I mean voters, not corporate persons or the party machine.

9. I don't understand why the Ohio AG won't do anything.
In the wake of the failure by the Buckeye State's Attorney General to properly investigate the allegations, and new evidence and testimony unearthed by Arnebeck and other private investigators, he is now asking that the stay on the lawsuit be lifted by the court in order to refocus the case and depose Karl Rove, and a number of other top GOP operatives believed to be involved in manipulating the results of the '04 election.
