Unfortunately, the so called "19 percenter" previously known as the "25 percenter", AKA "backwash", is in reality simply a diminishing subset of the 50 plus percenters who even to this very moment are absolutely convinced that the problem is not with the ideologies which got their nation to where it is today, but their implementation, whether they believe it is incompetence on the part of Bush & his cronies, or anti-American obstructionism by no good commie liberal traitors.
