Malkin’s commenter on the TN Church Gunman: He wanted to discredit Conservatives

You know what I think? He didn’t hate liberals. He hated Christians. He wanted to leave the impression that he is conservative who hates liberals, however, to discredit conservatives.

Evil.

The right wing has been selectively pulling comments from left wing blogs to try and blur the line between author and anonymous poster for years and as usual the media quickly lapped it up. Well, check this out. It’s a comment about the horrific shooting spree in TN. And Malkin screens the people that can comment on her site with great vigilance, so what does that tell you?

Yep, this is the start of the firewall...somehow spin it that hate radio and the right wing are the victims here. My bets are she's jealous they didn't find any of her venomous tomes in his collection.

I live in Knoxville and I swear to God that people were calling the talk shows this morning saying that their hate radio had nothing to do with it. That the liberals in the church brought it on themselves.

Granted, they tip-toed around what they were trying to say (well, one came right out and said it), but they were blaming the victims in this church and not their hate-filled scribes.

People don't want to admit they've made mistakes. Or that their heros are actually villians.

Commenter believed to be the shooter talks about Obama being a Muslim and has paranoid right wing rants.

Every time a con opens his/her mouth, he discredits all of them. Every last one of them is ignorant, mean, hateful and Anti-American. They're going to have to be taken out of our society before we can recover America.

Just how do you propose to take them out of society? You do realize that you sound as if you are channeling Malkin with that proposal, don't you?

She is a mainstream conservative... she is just a typical Republican these days.

To discredit something, one would suspect that there isn’t something credible to begin with. Trouble is, Conservatism has become a vile ideology, not because Conservatives believe(d) in ‘smaller government’, or tough laws, or gun rights, or strong morals (whatever the hell that is), but it has morphed into an exercise of justification; justification for war, racism, poverty, slavery, genocide, environmental decay, etc.

Conservatives get control of government and they bury us under incomprehensible debt, challenge our civil liberties, march of us toward imperialistic expansion, advance notions of theocracy, and further stress the planet on which we live.

Conservatism doesn’t need to be discredited. The fact it’s still considered a viable “thought” process for a civil, progressive society is because we are no longer a nation of thinkers. Instead, many of us kowtow to our base instinct and that’s where Conservatism gets breath.

She's more of a jester than I'll ever be. Like Savage and Coulter, she's an entertainer pandering to a demographic. Nothing she says should be taken seriously, ever.
