might be construed as a sense of humor for someone secure in his masculinity. Three or more times (seen the Rudy/Donald Trump video yet?) just says, "I really, really enjoy doing this..." Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Truthfully then you should refer to Mr. Giuliani as a transvestite, not "in drag". Perhaps he is involved in transvestic fetishism, in which transvestic behavior is coupled with, and often necessary for, sexual arousal. The notion that he may be gay because he is in women's clothing does more to refute your disclaimer than to bolster it. He is heterosexual and you may want to investigate why he enjoys cross-dressing so much, but it's not because he is gay.
