That guy with the pearls is something else.

The other three cardboard cutouts could use a coat of paint.

23. Cat Stevens
It's his second wife, Catherine.
His first wife died in a plane crash.

"In that sense, she’s like English pop star Yusuf Islam, because both have also gone by the name “Cat Stevens.” Stevens the singer is on the no-fly list because he’s famous and converted to Islam. Stevens the senator’s wife is always hassled by TSA goons because she just might be Yusuf Islam. If this government had run the Holocaust, they would’ve killed all the juice."

24. Didn't know his first wife died in a plane crash..
those things always make me pull by tinfoil on. But deaths in small plane crashes aren't an uncommon occurrence among the rich.

Edited on Fri Aug-01-08 09:11 PM by lynnertic

On edit: except that I'm willing to bet money that Flt. 93 was shot down.

6. You know, Laura always looks like a slob.
What is it with her? Her breasts droop, her clothes don't "hang" on her properly, her sleeves always seem to be too short or way too long, and what is it with the open toed sandals and no hose?

I don't know what function this photograph was taken at, but I'm pretty sure Jackie Kennedy would have never dressed as casually as Laura Bush, knowing she might be photographed. Of course, I do realize there's absolutely NO COMPARISON between Jackie and Laura, Jackie certainly set the standard for First Ladies.

Laura Bush is the First Lady, for goodness sake! She ought to look the part.

21. Give her a fucking break, she's not twenty any more
I think she looks the best I've ever seen her in this photo. That color is lovely on her, much better than the bright red she's usually stuck with that washes her out.

She's not responsible for Stupid's being an asshole. He did that all on his own.

And why is there a black man looking at the paper he's holding? And shame on some of you for making fun of Mrs. Stevens.

18. It is David Martin's painting of Franklin
Edited on Fri Aug-01-08 10:36 AM by Mabus
and that's not a black man looking toward Franklin, it is a bust of Issac Newton. http://www.npg.si.edu/exh/franklin/martin.htm

(edited to identify Issac Newton).
