The single flask
If you ran a military microbiology lab...

And you had a potent strain of anthrax under study since 1997...

Would you keep it all in a single flask, accessible to only one person?

"Anthrax culled from the letters was quickly discovered to be the so-called Ames strain of bacteria, but with genetic mutations that made it distinct. Scientists developed more sophisticated tests for four of those mutations, and concluded that all the samples that matched came from a single batch, code-named RMR-1029, stored at Fort Detrick.

Ivins "has been the sole custodian of RMR-1029 since it was first grown in 1997," said one affidavit."

3. "sole custodian" is bullshit.
This isn't Amos guarding the Bank of Mayberry.

8. If they had such a concrete case against this man...
Edited on Wed Aug-06-08 08:43 PM by DearAbby
why did they have to settle with Hatfill again? Just doggin Hatfill for shits and giggles? Also why did they try to bribe Ivins' son, sure doesn't sound like an open and shut case to me. Sounds more like fishing...and one hell of a bait as well... couple million? What did they want the kid to do for that kind of money?

We hear nothing about this case for nearly 7 yrs, then suddenly Eureka! Dead men tell no tales...ask Oswald, ask Ivins...

9. On KO Posner said it was liquid and that there was no way that Ivins
could have turned it into powder according to 6 biomicrobiologists he had contacted today. The powder also had other features which would have taken massive facilities. He also said that the machine mentioned could not do the things needed to turn the liquid into the particular powder. This is a hoax so that the investigation closes down. I wonder if the CIA drove him to suicide by badgering him and his children or whether they suicided him. They are going to close down of course; the AG and the VP and the W want that.

13. And it was liquid, not powder, which is one key - critical point.

Wonder how hard it is to make it powder? EXTREMELY, THAT'S HOW HARD.
