1. The Power of America is split between 3 entities...Oval Office, SCOTUS, and Congress
all must adhere to the Paper...the Constitution and Laws since implemented(legally)

The Bush dudes are the first crew to intentionally skirt the Constitution....bastids they are....

2. No Man is above the Law? True Anymore?
Maybe it was never true, but at least when corruption allowed some individual to rise above the rule of law, by influence or bribes etc, it was done in quiet, away from the public eye. Bush does it brazenly and proudly, regularly declaring his office to be exempt from the laws of Congress on his say so.

Bush now has a reputation of being THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD.....
