11. The worst part is when he's done serving his time he goes back to GITMO
for some sort of administrative thing, where they decide whether or not to keep him after all.

This is truly a no-win situation the Bushies got America into. If we keep him, the whole trial was a joke, and the US can no longer call itself a champion of justice without getting laughed at. If they let him go (which, IMO, they should do), he becomes a living martyr to the war crimes and crimes against humanity of our government, invited to speak on all the talk shows across Europe and the rest of the world.
