I really appreciate his fine acting abilities -- recently we rented both Double Indemnity and The Caine Mutiny -- he gave great performances in both. I haven't seen his Westerns though, guess that's some more movies to put on the list!

Congratulations on the book and the interview.

Occasionally when I am too demanding, my husband will say to me, "You didn't marry Fred McMurray!" Recently I let him know that McMurray played some darker parts in his earlier films, but felt more comfortable being the nice guy of Disney and "My Three Sons".
