Nobody died when Edwards lied
Can we please get our house back in order around here and get back on msg ?

i know some of you feel hurt, but damn stop letting the MSM get you all riled up about something that matters none now. hes doesnt hold an office, he isnt running for office, and id imagine he never will again. get over it. shit happens. if i had a dollar for every relationship ive seen end because of infidelity id be a fucking millionaire.
this shit happens all the time.

yes, hes a hypocrit...whoopity doo, very few politicians arent these days... that being said he'll never run again so get over it.

5. Well, maybe Elizabeth's public voice "died" because of it.
The shame is that he could have prevented her from continuing to challenge John McCain and others as a very effective voice against the status quo of health care in this country. That COULD cause people to die, because muzzling her could prevent her message from getting out. And her message is BADLY needed if we are to get meaningful health care reform in this country.

It is sad and it is unfair, but YES someone could die as a result of this. As people do every day we are without adequate health care for our people.

i would hope his marriage wasnt the only reason they were so devoted. like i say, i understand people are hurt because they put alot into it... but they hafta realise they made that decision .. hes not God or a saint.. he is only human.

15. You misunderstand.
They were campaigning for someone that knew he had the skeleton that would prevent him from being President. He was misleading them and they gave up a lot for him.

As a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, he had access to all intelligence material. He knew there was no real evidence that Iraq had WMD and was pursuing nuclear weapons. Yet he yammered on and on about Iraq's WMD and chose to *co-sponsor* the IWR.

on the issue you speak of, theres alot of people guilty for that same thing..
including one of our front runners not so long ago.

if he had gotten the nomination because sure as shit McSHAME would win and people would die in all kinds of horrifc ways because the Democratic Party was screwed by a nominee who only cared about himself! :mad:

Maybe I'm slow... but the whole "Edwards Marital Affair" thing doesn't make sense? Why Edwards. Why now? Who gains? Who cares? Was this a back-door Swift Boat attack on Obama? I'm sorry.. but I miss the significance of the whole event?
