Nation Building? LOL! "We" want to stay in Iraq so "we" can play rebuild-ripoff.

VOILA! 79 Billion dollar surplus in Iraq's coffers.

This should be used immediately to EMPLOY the Iraqi people in their own rebuilding. Cheaper, faster, & probably better-built than those elctrifying Army showers...

They rebuilt quickly after the Iran war years & Op Desert Storm. They know their own terrain, weather, materials, conditions better than any KBR contactor.

CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMEN. Let Iraq rebuild itsself, already.
