Evidence was Weak on Iraq Nukes, & US' Shameful Example - Bush History, 8/10

Bush is "proud" on this date to sign a bill full of wasteful spending. Also, the Washington Post reports that evidence was "weak" and "growing weaker" on Iraq nukes pre-war. Finally, a shameful example from the US to the world.
