Sometimes it's hard to remember the lengths they used to go in creating and maintaining the fake "Churchillian" image of Bush -- the lack of spontaneity in his public appearances, the overwrought set design, the elaborate props. Glorified Bush in all his fakery was ripe for the Photoshoppin'.

Then, maybe because his approval ratings just got too low to ever be surmountable, those deification efforts seemed to stop. And then at some point after that, his every move, utterance and facial expression deteriorated to the point where he now seems beyond the reach of the entire Adobe Suite.
