So first I read at Huffpost that the Olympic gold medals are actually lead
Prompting Chinese officials to ask the medal winners not to lick or otherwise put the medals near their mouths.

Next I see Chinese gymnasts kissing and holding their medals in their mouths as they stood on the podium (in another picture on Huffpost about the underage flap.)

Oh dear.

1. The Chinese seem to have an awful lot of lead they're trying to get rid of.
They couldn't jam enough of it into children's toys, so I guess they thought they'd sneak some out of the country dangled around the necks of athletes.
