Well, I guess I once met a spy

Way Way back in 1990 I was in school at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. One of the classes (well 2 but I was only in one at a time) has a large buffet style display near the end of it and you have people come in and check out what you have done.

Julia Child was there on the occasion my classmates and I were displaying our work. She stopped briefly at my table to comment and I responded briefly. She then continued on to the next table.

There it is, my encounter with a spy. Scary.
