(It's at the 1:10 spot) Matt Lauer's explanation for their talk is priceless. He has to know what's been going on in Georgia. I can't tell if he's making a sad attempt at a joke or if he's serious.

Just like on September 11, when that terribly engrossing children's book held his rapt attention for 20 minutes. Putin tells Bush he's launched an invasion, and Bush doesn't have the first clue that there's something that he, personally, should be doing.
