Al Franken not given speaking role at Denver.
(Story at http://www.startribune.com/politics/national/senate/27159724.html?elr=KArksLckD8EQDUoaEyqyP4O:DW3ckUiD3aPc:_Yyc:aU7EaDiaMDCiUT )

Not giving a speaking role to the Democratic candidate in what's shaping up to be the best-funded Senate race in American history? Not giving a speaking role to the fresh-faced Democrat who would be Wellstone's replacement in the Senate?

That's not exactly a vote of confidence in Franken's ability to beat Coleman--which is strange, given that Franken won the primary on a combination of name recognition and huge out-of-state fundraising.
