Cleveland Congresswoman has aneurysm; on life support (Tubbs Jones)
Cleveland, OH - Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs- Jones has reportedly had a massive aneurysm and remains on life support Wednesday morning at Huron Road Hospital.

WOIO has confirmed that Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs-Jones (D-OH-11) was admitted to Huron Hospital in East Cleveland after being found unconscious behind the wheel of her car. A spokesperson for Huron Hospital said that Tubbs-Jones was admitted to the hospital however her family doesn't want any information released about her condition.

Around 9pm on Tuesday night a Cleveland Heights Police Officer noticed a car traveling at a high rate of speed down Lee Boulevard near Mayfield Road in their city. An officer tried to pull her over but when she did come to a stop in a grassy area police found her unconscious behind the wheel of her car. Cleveland Heights Fire Department transported her to Huron Hospital. At this time police believe she was suffering from a medical condition. The crash is still under investigation.

Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones is the first African-American woman elected to the United States House of Representatives from Ohio.

9. She still might,
depending on how long her brain was affected. It's not very likely though, once it bursts then that's pretty much it unless the medical personnel are right there, and it sounds like she was out for a while.

18. Two words: Bill Berry.
He was the drummer for REM. Had an anuerysm, and survived. Hopefully, she can beat the odds as well.

I met her, she was one of Hillary's strongest supporters and she, like all the other AA politicians, took a lot of flak for it.

May she fully recover, I'll keep her in my prayers.
