How many people died as a result of showing the coming attractions at the Hussein execution?

Isn't the Hussein number getting larger? About 5 kids?

How many people died as a result of Janet's breast? (Aside from those who were later attacked with the nipple ring at the FCC, when Janet used it as a throwing star.)
