We watched history.... and this was the best political speech

of the 21st century, and on the top five of the 20th century

This said... don't get complacent... they stole 2004 and they will try again

Don't get complacent...

As to me... I am sorry, but the last eight years have made me extremely cynical... and no, I didn't cry. No I didn't pray. nor did I think that was necessary. I listened.

And it was a damn powerful speech... this man CAN WRITE! (Yes he wrote it)... and he can DELIVER IT TOO!

Yes, ALL Americans have just watched history being made. And after reading your subject line, I just started thinking about that.

ALL Americans should appreciate what we have just seen. It's too bad that appreciating historical events may take some time to hit home.

2. He can write. He can speak and he is VERY good at both...he's INTELLIGENT

and he has COMMON SENSE. Those are the qualities I want in a President. He wrote his OWN books - whereas McSame, bu$hit et al had ghostwriters do theirs.

Tonight, Obama 08 outdid Obama 04 and he's the ONLY one who could have.

DON'T GET COMPLACENT - I agree. No matter how juiced up we are with enthusiasm for our guy, we can NOT sit here and let them steal it AGAIN.

5. One bit of good news: Al Sharpton told Keith et all

that he was organizing a drive FOR PEOPLE TO CHECK THEIR REGISTRATIONS between now and the election so thousands of people wouldn't be caught flat footed AGAIN this year.
