So, when is the first raising of the "Threat Level" going to happen?

My guess is just hours before McCain's speech depending on how well Mooseburger's speech goes. If it goes well, they'll let her have the first few hours of glowing news coverage, then they'll raise the threat level. If it goes poorly, they'll raise it just before all the morning shows start.

It will only bring more attention to her inexperience in national security.
