Gas price is rocketing upward- too greedy to sustain the drop?
Yeah, I know, someone's gonna mention the hurricane or the holiday as a legitimate excuse for the price rise, but IMO that's bullshit of the purest sort- wet, smelly, and sitting right in the middle of the doorway. A week ago I was paying $3.24. Ten minutes ago I paid $3.47. Tomorrow? Wait and see...

This is every bit as nonsensical as the concept of an American city police force suddenly going stormtrooper on its own taxpaying citizens.... er, um, uh.....

2. I'm on a "gasoline alley" street
Must be eight or more stations in two miles. They're all going up- and I always buy at the one that's consistently five or more cents cheaper than the others (it's an impossible madhouse during rush hour).

4. I am trying to remember prior to bu$hco taking over, did the price of gas go higher
because of hurricanes in the gulf? I don't think so. But maybe my memory is faulty? :shrug:
