How about a "half-baked" scandal forum?
People could toss out their theories, opinions, incorrectly dated photos, innuendos read on other sites, photoshops, whatever, and can be just as outrageous and irresponsible as they choose to be for 1 week. And, no need to hold back - feel completely comfortable with accusations of things like incest, fake pregnancies, etc. Extra points if your putative scenarios resemble prime time TV shows.

If a particular bizarre theory seems to actually have some kind of substance, after a week or month of this kind of internal vetting, perhaps it could be moved into one of the main forums as "fully baked". If it doesn't produce substance, it can be left to die an ignominious and unremarked death in this special forum and at least doesn't have to reflect on the more responsible and deliberative types who normally enjoy this site.

10. Y'know what? The only problem with an online discussion forum ...
... is all those other people.

12. And I USUALLY love all the other people
they're NORMALLY brilliant, funny, unpredictable, insightful, well-read, investigative, cynical, questioning, truth-searching, indefatigable, brave, and well, I could go on, but I won't.

That's why I hate it when they/we become some kind of frenzied mob around a tiny little chunk of poisoned red meat that someone has thrown out.

Someone, and I wish I could credit them, had a thread that said, "please, let's not become what we despise."

My OP might seem facetious, but I was actually quite serious. There are topics that we know are just kind of crummy and debasing, but some of us want to go there anyway, and there might be a good reason to follow the malodorous whiffs. I'm really suggesting a forum for the true blood hounds that doesn't draw the rest of us away from the main hunt.

13. Since you're contributing absolutely nothing to the collective knowledge
except your half-baked opinion of what's half-baked, shouldn't this thread be in there?

14. Well, I try to contribute to the collective knowledge
in the most productive ways I can and have for a long time.

I hate to see this site just become a cesspool of un self-censored crap -historically, it's always been a lot better than that.

It was never a place where I would wallow in oceans of mud to find a little pearl - I used to wallow in pearls and find just a little mud.

Clever, no? ;)

16. The most productive thing you could do
would be to Google some facts, like a lot of others have been doing (cleverness is highly overrated).

There is a lot of speculation, most of it junk. Nothing a little patience won't cure. ;-)

18. This guy is still playing catchup.
He's calling her doctor a "he" and showing photos of Bristol, ostensibly pregnant, from 2006.

(btw I am leaning towards believing it's Bristol's baby)
