Now, going on a tangent from there, I wonder if she did that long, ridiculous, dangerous flight because she had to wait to get back to Alaska in order to give birth, because she wanted her son to be an Alaskan--not an American. She'd rather have had Trig die than be born outside the Homeland. The guy that founded the party didn't want to be buried under the American Flag, and she doesn't want her children born under the American Flag (unless there's an Alaskan Flag above it).

There was a quote I read by some local (I think in Wasilla), where this lady said, "This is Alaska; if we cared about America, we'd live there," or something to that effect.

Dems as unpatriotic, but they embrace Sarah Palin, who until recently, a member of the Alaskan Independence Party. The Alaskan Independence Party calls for Alaska to Secede from the Union. If you dig further they also aim to place their people in positions of power, locally and nationally, to promote their agenda.

She quit the Alaskan Independence Party because her job for mayor is a non partisan position. She went Republican to enhance her chances of becoming governor.

If they became an independent country Maybe Russia will try to reestablish their claim over Alaska.

If they did, they'd probably recognize their independence and announce them part of a unified Russia, just like they did to South Ossetia.
