Gustav downgraded to a Cat 2 storm---- this is very good news.
A Cat 2 is still pretty serious.... but it's far less threatening than a 3 or 4.

Cat 2 is bad enough, but thankfully not as bad as a 3 or 4.

but there is Hurricane Hanna and Tropical Storm Ike.
