As much as we laugh and goof on them .......
.... there is an actual election coming up soon.

And we are **not** guaranteed a win.

And with Palin, the stakes are actually very high. She is obviously a very black and white thinker. If/when she succeeds into office because McCain wasn't able to beat the aging odds, we are fucked. Pure and simple.

Yeah, this one really, really matters.

1. It really matters a lot, and we could really lose it quite easily.

We must support the Dems as much as we can and get out a hell of a lot of votes.

I fear McCain/Palin in office will make the Bush II administration look intelligent and liberal. And the ones after THEM will be so much worse....
We MUST win this one or plan to move out of the US or fignt.

3. More so in any other election....
Obama/Biden MUST win. The thought of McCain/Palin in office would be a nightmare.

4. I wish I could recommend this five times to get it on the Greatest.
I have read too many posts that display an unwarranted confidence of a win in November.

We are up against the most ruthless, unprincipled, unethical political machine that our country has ever seen. Cheney did not work hard the last eight years to amass power in the executive just to hand it over to a dem. Worse, we have electronic voting & a complicit media working against us. They will hammer, over & over again, how close this election is, so on election night when key states magically swing over to the republican side, many Americans will go to bed dejected, but not convinced that this election was stolen.

This is easily the most important election of our time. I thought '04 was, but this one is even more so. If McCain/Palin win, we can kiss our country goodbye.

ps - After the FISA bill I was determined I would not contribute or campaign for Obama. I have come to my senses. I don't have much money, but I have time & my dem headquarters were thrilled to hear from me!

8. Great Image
and as a one-time bus driver I can tell you
that trying to back up a bus in the middle of
a bridge is dangerous.
I wonder if the "Bull Shit Express" has flotation devices
installed?

7. Regardless of VP pick
We are f*cked for the rest of our lifetimes if McCain wins.

I'm sick and tired of "laughing and goofing on" on our top national leaders.

Yup, yup!

9. Selecting Palin was the smartest decision McCain ever made
In his entire life......Many of the Republican Base/Christians had given up and weren't even going to vote, but now they have been supoer energized. It will be a very hard chore to win this one now....Remember most christians are people that live in constant fear. Fear of the Lord and also Fear that is pounded into them by the GOP. They will vote out of FEAR..

12. We need to frame the argument in a way
that will convince the independents and the moderates. Above all, the Palin pick,, was a slap in the face to the moderate republicans (MCSame's base) and independents who are tired of the hijacking of the republican party.

Babygate, bad mommygate is not going to convince them. The question starts with her affiliation with the furthest right of the party, with her complete lack of qualifications...then you hit them with his pandering to that side of the party, not very "maverick" of him, that's when you introduce the judgment. BAD judgment to choose someone not ready to assume the presidency, especially when you are so old and unhealthy.

That's how we win with the independents and some moderates as well.
