Palin 2012?
Edited on Mon Sep-01-08 01:36 PM by Richard D
OK, let's say that mcinsane loses, which is a high probability. Let's say that the repervs have pretty much accepted that fact. So what was accomplished with Palin's nomination? Name brand recognition. In 4 years, most of the negative stuff about her can be 'corrected' by in some way giving her experience. So in 2012 she's the nominee.

Just a thought. Not a very good one. But wanted to be the first to say it.

1. if McCain loses due to Palin, her chances for 2012 are nil.

2. Not a chance...
not that the Social Conservatives wouldn't want to, but Mittens, Pawlenty, Huckabee etc. still have the fire in the belly, and won't be willing to give her a clean shot.
