it really is just too soon to see if all the levies and berms will hold...tons and tons of pressure pushing against them, even after the wind stops kicking -

7. I'm watching live coverage from Baton Rouge and
they don't say the levees are collapsed but they are urging anyone in Plaquimines and in St. Bernard to GET OUT now.

Baithewaite levee. That's just my opinion but he's buried it in this update.
