who owns the fundraising sites the rethugs are pushing?

I know I could try to find this out on the web (registry sites), but wonder whether what I might find would be true anyway. In any event, I don't remember the web sites, but WTF is wrong with asking that dollars flow through the Red Cross? How much of a cut will the thugs get out of these donations? Or is the intent for them to claim credit for xx amount of dollars raised through their sites?

I smell something fishy.

1. The ones for Alabama and Texas are the only ones that count

no republican is going to give money to the Louisiana or Mississippi ones. "Ain't no blacks gittin they hands on ma money!"
