Military in uniform at McCain rally

On CNN report, At 4:13pm ET I see two obviously active duty in uniform at McCain's Cedarburgh rally. They are Army.

2. Yes it is

It is against regulations and is punishable under the UCMJ, failure to obey an order. At least that's the way I remember it from the 6 months I spent assigned to an Army JAG office.

But still I believe it applies to Guard also.

last night--he couldn't understand it, kept studying their uniforms to see if they were real active duty uniforms, because he didn't know why they'd be there. That was a huge no-no, if they were indeed active duty in uniform at a political convention. Haven't heard a damn thing about it in the media.
