11. The issue we DO have corroboration on is that when she broached the
subject with the Librarian and was rebuffed, SHE ASKED FOR HER RESIGNATION!

That part of this story shouldn't be discounted.

14. The only documentation is that she asked the librarian to consider banning books
at Palin's request -- you are quite right that it's the part of the story that should be hammered home because it's offensive in of itself. The lists pulled out of thin air are Fox News-like distractions.
