nasally, annoying.. but yet, I kept thinking, "Where have I heard that voice before?"

3. Julia Sweeney is a Spokane native, which is not that far from Sandpoint,
where Sarah's family originated from. Funny when I lived in Sandpoint I never noticed it. I guess the bad grammar got my attention instead. However, I have been watching DVDs of "The X-Files" lately that was largely filmed in Vancouver, B.C. and Washington State. Many of the actors are local Canadians or NW residents and I started noticing the accent popping up with the bit player actors, since I listen to Governor Barracuda's speech the other night. Is this a Western accent that goes from Washington State, through Canada and up to Alaska?
