7. She's gotten some sexist crap. And there are so many better, meatier issues, like her tie to oil...
We need to show her financial interest in high oil prices.
Her incompetency as mayor.
Her attempt to ban books.
Her being against exemptions for rape and incest.

INSTEAD, folks are talking about her pregnancies, making jokes about her being in beauty pageants - I've known smart women who did it for the money - etc. And so many assume that her husband is incapable of helping with the kids.

So, yeah, she's had some shitty, sexist treatment, and there are better issues for us.

Folks actually read that crap.

I think the "US" article might be positive.

10. Tabloids are HARDLY the MSM (ie news)
I dont care what those publications say, most people get news they believe in from the TV MSM, and all of them are cheerleaders for Palin and McCain.

12. The tabloids are WIDELY read. Especially with the PR the Enquirer article is getting.
People really do read that stuff. Why else do you think it's there?

18. What DOESN'T happen in every campaign is the vitriol spewed at the Clintons by their own party.
I'm afraid it has hurt our chances!

14. No. Let's put the blame where it is due; the extreme LW of the DNC.

HRC actually won, but as we all know those with the most actual votes never wins. Yep. Glad we put that to bed.

17. The media was sexist in treatment of HRC
That's separate from the determination of why she lost since other factors came into play.
Similar notion with Palin.

19. You are Delusional
After all of the threads, (hundreds?), shocked, angry disgusted, on lists and lists of outrageous things said by Chris Matthews, Olbermann, and all the rest of them, whole explosions of threads, incredulous at what a major-Party Presidential candidate had to put up with, and the kinds of vicious name-calling and laughter she was subjected to, by an almost all-male media that is still there, and all the slant against her and favoring anyone who was "other than" her--that anyone could even try to get people to pretend it didn't happen, is just bizarre. Every single thing Clinton did, was attacked, ridiculed, and laughed at, by the male media, to the degree that, even people like me who never supported her, as totally corporate, were furious on her behalf, for what she was treated like, from beginning to end. Try doing a DU thread search on hateful things Chris Matthews called her, and how feminist women came to hate Keith Olbermann--alone.

20. How can the media be sexist against a non-feminist (ie, a sexist)?
Please explain this to me. It's like the media being racist toward racists. OK, we understand.
