That "bulge" might just be the way the light is hitting his pants. It might be leftover baby from lunch, though.

Or maybe a 12 gauge snake gun in case he sees a quail on somebody´s face.

Wrapped in a baggie, of course. Since he's out in the sunshine he must have fed well recently, and no doubt kept an organ or two for a snack later.

Funny, though, the memories it dredged up--recall the Gore Rolling Stone pic, FReaks said he had a boner (and if so, good for him, but not my bidniss) then turned around and praised a pic of Cheney with, no doubt, the battery pack of an apparatus designed to deliver an electric shock to his sphincter (recall, if you will, it tends to move to the left side of his face when he snarls) stickinI g out down to his knee.

And don't forget the Chimp's flight suit, with the groin straps real pilots take off immediately still attached as he strutted about under the "mission accomplished' banner.

I know I'm not alone in knowing we're through the looking glass, and Rove is the mutant offspring of the White Rabbit and Queen of Hearts, but cheese and crackers, can we finally wake up from this nightmare?
