HI!! Just Checking in between Hurricane Evacuations
Spent the weekend cleaning up the mess Gustav made. Lots of limbs down but no damage to the house. Actually as of this moment it does't look like Ike will move us.

However I would strongly recommend those in its anticipated path keep a wary out for him.

Gustav made getting ready for Ike a "breeze," so to speak. We are still packed and everything outside that needs to be secured already is. The gnomes will have to stay in the garage for a few more days. If we are not fleeing a hurricane this weekend I'm gonna pig out on Catfish and Fried Okra.
