How do you explain the 22 million dollar deficit from your time as mayor of Wasilla?

How do you explain that that deficit was not inheritied but you cam into office with a surplus?

4. yes, with the man who fearlessly defends a billionaire's right to lower capital-gains tax rates.
Oh, and it will be taped over several days, so McCain can negotiate with ABC over which questions were over the top and need to be re-done.

The questions are probably written by a McCain staffer... and if there's any luck it will be the same one that confused a picture of Walter Reed Middle School for Walter Reed Army Hospital.
