Obama and his campaign has got to expose how far from the mainstream palin is
The media WILL NOT

She is against abortion, in ALL cases including rape and incest

She is against the use of condoms and birth control

She spoke to the AIP which called for the succession of Alaska from the U.S.

Her association and ideas wth fringe groups can not be left idle, even if it means swift boat like ads via 527s

If this is NOT exposed to the public, the MSM will continue to paint her in positive terms.

She will continue to generate free publicity from the MSM. It is up to the Obama campaign to insure that people really KNOW about who sarah palin IS, because the MSM won't

1. YES. She is an extremist. A religious zealot.
This must be talked about; she must be exposed for who she is and that she will, if given the chance, make policy decisions based on her extremist beliefs.

2. Almost everyone I have talked to knows this. I don't think Obama
and Biden should be the ones, it should be Sarah herself that exposes her. And the McCain camp knows damn good and well that's what will happen if she is interviewed by the real press.

5. Why? The media isn't bring it up? This isn't about her family ths is about her views

and how far from the mainstream they are

Just like the swift boat ads against Kerry, this has to be beaten over and over again, except this is true, while the swift boat ads were a lie and misrepresentation

As far as almost everyone you know realizes this, that may be in your circle, but there are a lot of areas in the U.S. that aren't as enlightened

3. Her church believes that Alaska is a "refuge" state, to which many
people are expected to migrate to avoid Armageddon. Along with...wait for it...Wisconsin (why Wisconsin?). Such craziness must be exposed. Obama can't do it, but surely some 527's could.

4. The Obama campaign should use the double barrel approach
Blast BOTH McCain AND Palin:

1. Tie McCain to Bush
2. Tie Palin to Cheney

With a race this close and with the Palin worhip at a fever pitch, it would be a fatal mistake to ignore Palin.

7. Just distractions
Forget the pro-life issues...Palin has ties to big oil...and her election would ensure the continuation of the Cheney-Bush windfall profits for oil companies. The Republicans...read Rovians...are hoping the public will be distracted by all the outrageous stuff and not see Palin's candidacy for VP for what it is...Cheney's trojan horse into the White House. C'mon people.

9. Most people want the option of abortion in cases of rape and incest
over 80% of the populace. Most people believe in the use of birth control. Most post do not believe a state should suceed from the union. These are simple issues that people can relate to immediately and are so far out of mainstream thinking

These are NOT about "pro-life" issues, this is about how out of the mainstream their ideas are! RAPE AND INCEST? come on

Those are NOT a distraction, those are a very real concern, there is no way rove wants those issues to be exposed

8. I don't think they want to
They don't want to energize those voters that vote based on those irrational issues. They plan to energize voters based on voters believing in a government that actual works on issues that REALLY effect their life.

10. How many people do you think believe that rape and incest shoud be allowed to be terminated?
Over 80% of the populace

If we don't expose how wacko their ideas really are, they will continue to garnish praise from the press, and once that sets in, it will be very difficult to reverse

11. Yet most of the population doesn't vote
Republicans love to run on abortion, the people that vote republican will ignore all the other issues that they face to vote that one issue.

12. if the population doesn't vote we lose. All indications however imply they will vote
even most republicans don't believe banning abortion under rape or incest

it isn't the only issue, but it extends to right to privacy between a person and their doctor
