Are they afraid that if they bring it up the swing vote might notice that Obama is African American?

Are they afraid of being accused of playing the race card?

Why are they not screaming this from the rooftops? A black guy with a "smile" on his face, kids, and sex? This is worse than Willie Horton.

Good God, as a white female who has endured sexual harassment by white and black men but seen the black men get away with it by trumping gender with race--and I am sick and tired of pretending that all black guys are saints just to be a politically correct white female--I never thought I'd be advocating for SCREAMING RACISM.

But this is SOOOO RACIST!

How else will they defang the triple-edged anathema making Palin off limits: 1) her gender; 2) traditional expectations of male chivalry; and 3) her Republicanism, which seems to give all of them a free pass.

1. Odd isn't it?
How folk will scream sexism but not racism in this election. It's blatant now and it will only become worse. It's as if we are expected to suspend reality.

One of the repugs has already plainly referred to the Obama's as "uppity" but apparently - this is now acceptable in our culture as I don't find too many folks up in arms about it.

2. I think Senator Obama doesn't want to say anything about it
because then it will be said that "he's playing the race card" In my opinion, the only reason this race is close is because of racism. Thats really the way I feel about it.
