1. I'm not a big fan, but happen to be listening to him tonight.
He's bringing me around to his way of thinking. I think we've been too fair and respectful for too long,.

I try not to be a language Nazi, but I do tend to avoid threads that don't show a knowledge of at least one recognized language.

A political snob
A beer snob
A wine snob
A pot snob
An animal diet snob

And I'm sure one or two others at least but I am trying to lighten up a bit because there are those times (especially after much beer or wine or :smoke:) I don't tauk so good or spel fer sheet:evilgrin:

Besides it's an imperfect world. I can live with that:hi:

3. I hope someone from the campaign is listening
Because Mike is 100% dead on correct about this. Especially about the MSNGE sudden plunge to the extreme right.

6. What sucks is that their shows are now in direct competition with each other
Rachel on TV and Mike on the radio, that is. Which means I have to stay up late to see the Rachel rerun which isn't on until 1:00 AM here. :(

18. I think that would be a good hybrid
They both have great brains and a great sense of humor and irony. I'd be glad to spend time with either of them or the composite. Sorry I didn't get to the Raven in NYC when he was there.

5. Funny that he is bitching about Obama/Biden already having lost
- yet he was promoting Nader and McCain as people who should win instead of Obama.

He just bashes Obama non-stop - when Obama is up, then he shouldn't win, when Obama is 'down' then he is losing the election.

Get your story straight, Malloy.

I think you just like to bitch every day, and maybe you just don't like Obama.

7. Quit bashing Malloy.
He's talking about WINNING the fucking election here, or are your ears functional?

8. Well, why did he bash Obama before, and say McCain should win.
And if he has concerns, why does he not send them to the campaign.

He is UNDERMINING Obama.

Is your mind functional?

Jeff Farias has the better idea. Did you listen to his program?

better. Dispute that.

19. Sorry to disappoint you - I am neither.
I used to be a HUGE Malloy fan - have listened to him since he started at Air America - almost every night.

I believe so strongly in Obama that if he does not win, I am thinking of leaving the country,

I CANNOT endure the thought of McCain/Palin.

Malloy is NOT helping Obama.

21. If you were truly listening tonight, helping Obama is EXACTLY what he's trying to do.
Obama needs to lay the smackdown on these fucking Repukes himself, or at the very least, let Biden do it. Kerry completely wussed out 4 years ago, and that allowed the election to be stolen in Ohio.

McFuckstick and that Moosefucking Zombie are telling blatant LIES about Obama's record in the Senate. He needs to call them on it. And that's what Malloy said.

24. Yes, but he should do it off-air.
Edited on Tue Sep-09-08 10:08 PM by tabatha
I have been doing so - I have used the contact form on the Obama site to send suggestions.
Whether coincidental or not, some of them have been used. They may have thought of them first, I don't care - using them is the most important thing.

But do not tear down Obama on the air - that is not helpful.

He was passing judgment on Obama's judgment - and that it not good. It can be picked up and repeated elsewhere.

Malloy likes to be the "one" to think of these things - that is why he broadcasts them.

If he were TRULY in Obama's camp, he would be bashing the repugs on the air, and advising the Dems off the air.

And then especially since AOL bought Time Warner. That said, what specifically do you mean?

STOP being pressured into appearing at Saddleback churches, 9/11 memorials and fer cryin' out loud....O'Reilly. I don't have the heart to watch those videos. It would have been such a perfect opportunity for him to say "I don't go on Faux News."
