Just a passing thought about Collins or Snowe.
It would be interesting to see either of these ladies jump into the 2008 Presidential race. That is not an endorsement. Just a thought.

8. Last one was George Mitchell I believe
Snowe was elected in the '94 GOP sweep and I'm not sure about Collins. But they are both very popular and will probably be replaced by Democrats when they retire.

4. Collins also isn't very bright. Snowe could pull it off more easily, but...
she's too liberal to get the nomination. Remember the life forms that come out and vote in the primaries.

12. Just not sure.
I didn't follow all of their votes, but if I'm not mistaken, they lined up behind Junior on just about everything, didn't they? Especially on the appointments, and the bigger things like that.
