The 45th president bit unnerved me--it's like they're saying McCain's going to drop dead before January 2013. Eek. If he doesn't live to 76, I hope he is still the senior Senator from Arizona.

Look, you can be objective and say that some things bother you--like her asking about banning books, her lies about the Ketchikan bridge, and all the other scandals that are popping up like acne on the face of a hormonal teenager without calling her a religious nutjob. Or you can say that there are things you personally don't like about her, but as a reporter, you have to be objective and report based on the FACTS. And there are things any objective reporter should find worrisome.

The fact that she doesn't know what the veep does is also more than a little unnerving. I mean, she could have dug out the John Nance Garner quote that the vice presidency isn't worth a bucket of warm piss, which isn't quite true, as the VP presides over the Senate and has to step in should the president die or be forced to leave office some other way.
